Dear Community Members !

Many of these inspiring events are happening throughout our state. It's good to learn, know about experiences, best practices and build network when possible.
List of Events:

Dear Community Members,
Thank you very much for your continued support to " Al Majeed Family" children.
The children are doing well, adjusting to their new life with new guardian family. The children and guardian family are socially and emotionally supported by a team of community members with different expertise.
One of the challenges for the family is space in their new home. One of the options is to add living space to the current house to accommodate large family need. A committee has been established through Muslim Social Services comprising community members, MSS Board members and Guardian family to operate and meet the financial need from the Majeed family fund.
How can you help the orphan children?

Majeed Family Children are doing well transitioning into their daily life with guardian family. They are now enjoying end of school year & Michigan summer, attending summer camp while exploring various learning opportunities. Majeed family fund is being used to meet children's day to day need as requested by Guardian family. MSS is very pleased to have Sr. Karma Basha & Br. Saad Ghalib overseeing the fund and agreed to work as liaison between Guardian family and MSS. Both of them had been involved from the day one with the children and built a trusted relationship in upholding their best of interest and a stable future. Guardian family is planning to extend living space for the five children. MSS Board of Directors and Trustees of the Majeed Fund are exploring various options with available resources.
